The town of Varenna, on the east coast of Lake Como, gets flooded with tourists every day, but early in the morning, by the waters edge, its quiet and calm... It was secluded enough for me to jump in and have a quick refreshing dip to start the day off right! This painting is the view from inside the water. The buildings reflected in the rippled surface of the water.
